Transfer Group Higher Education

Transfer groups are only open to the participants of the "CAS Higher Education". Conceptualized as collegial case-based consultations, transfer groups focus on exemplary teaching experiences made by their group members. Against the background of the didactic concepts and models introduced in the CAS courses, the participants develop alternative courses of action for their future teaching activities.

Ziele

The aim of transfer groups is to link the participants' knowledge acquired in other courses with experiences gained in teaching practice, thus facilitating participant’s action-oriented competencies.

Transfer groups provide ample space for networking, reflecting one's own professional actions, as well as for the exchange of personal experiences. Oftentimes, they also serve as a basis for the participants’ proofs of competence and for their further development.

Inhalte

The transfer groups are primarily shaped by the participants’ individual contributions.

Arbeitsweise / Programm

The group is moderated. Which methods are actually used depends on the themes and topics introduced by the group members. In general, a transfer group heavily relies on the active participation of its members and of their case-based contributions.
